Info about the registration

1. Registration entitles you to submit a maximum of two contributions (as author or co-author);
2. A maximum of two speakers are allowed for the same contribution. The second speaker, if not already regularly registered, will pay a reduced fee (50%);
3. The fee for registration as a speaker also entitles the participant to access all sessions of the congress, coffee breaks and to have the Paper published in the proceedings of the CTV, which must be submitted by December 2025;
4. The registration fee for a Poster, which must be submitted no later than Sunday 31^st August, entitles the Poster to be printed and displayed during the CTV days at the congress venue, publication in the CTV proceedings and access as an auditor to all sessions and coffee breaks for only one author or co-author;
5. Registration is reduced by 50% for PhD students and Masters enrolled belonging to:
   • Dipartimento di Pianificazione, Design e Tecnologia dell’Architettura (PDTA) Sapienza Università di Roma;
   • Dipartimento di Management e Diritto (DMD) Tor Vergata Università degli Studi di Roma;
   • Dipartimento di Architettura (DAR3) Università degli Studi Roma Tre;
   • Centro de Política de Suelo y Valoraciones (CPSV) Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC);
6. Discounts under 2. and 5. are not cumulative.

Extra

• Gala dinner (20:30 – 23:00 dress code Business elegant) at La Lanterna at a cost of 100,00€ not included in the registration fee (subject to availability). If you wish to participate, payment can be made in a single transaction together with the registration fee.

Payment Methods

Payment is to be made exclusively by bank transfer. If you wish to participate in the Gala dinner, payment can be made in a single transaction.
Only for participants requesting an invoice for a reimbursement in Italy, payment must be made from the current account of the same person requesting the congress registration.

Once payment has been made, please fill in the registration form, at the end of which it will be possible to upload the transaction receipt in pdf format. In the case of registration as a student auditor from Sapienza, Tor Vergata, Roma Tre, please attach a self-certification in pdf format indicating: Name, Surname, University of affiliation, Department or Faculty of affiliation, institutional email and matriculation number.
