Three webinars opened the Congress initiatives, on 27^th February, 13^th and 27^th March 2025 which were respectively coordinated by Lourenço Gimenes, from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie of São Paulo in Brazil, Hilde Remøy, from Delft University of Technology, and Blanca Arellano Ramos, from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, on three of the key themes on which the debate of the Congress will develop: social, strategic and practical perspectives on urban regeneration in cities in transition, real estate and reuse of heritage and natural risks and resilient cities.
